We offer a number of helpful resources to assist owners of Sam Jackson products produced since 1960.  These resources include service manuals and a wide assortment of parts, many of which we maintain in stock.  Our product support website offers access to much of this information.  

There are some legacy products that are now beyond our capability to support for reasons outside of our control.  We have said our goodbyes to an old friend, the Omron Sysmac PLC that powered the logic for several popular Sam Jackson 11-Series heater models throughout the 1980’s and 90’s.  We sent official notices to registered customers of these heaters in 2015 regarding the Omron Sysmac PLC in their Sam Jackson 11-Series heaters.  What was true in 2015 is even more painfully true today, particularly if you have your heater PLC die a sudden death mid-season.  If the Omron PLC fails in one of these heaters, Sam Jackson will no longer be in a position to assist the user with repairs as we can no longer obtain either repair parts or repair services on the PLC logic unit that serves as the central control for the 11-Series heaters. There is some good news however.  We can assist you with replacement heater options that will deliver the large volumes of heated drying air you have come to expect from Sam Jackson.  We encourage you to take a close look at the Delta and Cobalt heater models for that purpose.  You will not be disappointed with either of these great choices!
